1. Tungsten contact size: contact head diameter φ 3*L- φ 8*L.
2. Welding tungsten piece: powder sintered tungsten piece, tungsten bar cutting piece, diameter φ 3~8mm.
3. Welding matrix: tungsten sheet + copper rivet or iron (stainless steel) rivet, that is, copper matrix pure tungsten contact or iron matrix pure tungsten contact;
4. Welding method: vacuum high frequency brazing furnace, so that the typeset tungsten sheet, rivets and solder through vacuum welding furnace temperature control to achieve the purpose of tungsten contact welding.
5. Surface treatment: pure tungsten contact nickel plating, not nickel plating, that is, the surface of nickel plated tungsten.
